Statistics have shown that asylum seekers from sub-Saharan Africa alone make up a fifth of the entire undocumented migrant population in Europe. It implies that asylum seekers from African countries will be on the receiving end of the Safety Rwanda Act, and the objectives of the UK-Rwanda Treaty.
