Six years ago, on February 14, 2018, Novartis became the first Pharma company to issue a Commitment to Patients and Caregivers. On our 6th anniversary, we reflect on the milestones achieved in 2023, including: ✔ 33, 3 mio patients reached through our access programs, ✔ 197 clinical trials with Patient Reported outcomes ✔ more than 6k patients reached s through MAPs benefitting not only the patient community but also strengthening healthcare systems worldwide. On this significant occasion, Novartis Hellas is proud to announce the second cycle of the Patient Empowerment Educational Program, in collaboration with the European University of Madrid, which has been developed on patients' insights and needs. Further the successful completion of the first cycle, with 20 participants of 14 Greek PAGs, is our tangible commitment to the strengthening of patients' voices. The new cycle aims to upskill patient representatives in more disciplines, for the efficient functioning of their organizations, in the modern and constantly evolving healthcare environment. Only by working together we may improve outcomes and change the practice of medicine, to help people live longer and better.
