In May, OpenWay Cyprus took to new heights (literally!). We held a team-building event in the stunning Platres Mountains to tackle the Dorians Challenge! The series of physical and mental challenges were a nod to the legendary Greek hero Dorus and the district of Ancient Greece. In that spirit, our cross-functional teams heroically united to test their physical and mental agility. We tackled challenges like synchronized obstacle courses, human plank basketball, and even volleyball obstacle courses. We also flexed our problem-solving muscles by solving puzzles, math riddles, and memory games. The team wore custom T-shirt designs that featured the #OpenWay logo and the mountain theme, adding a special touch to the experience. This retreat truly fostered collaboration and boosted team spirit!
