🤖 𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 🤖 AI is a major topic of conversation in most industries today. This is no different in the recruitment space. Recruitment is what it is. There is no re-inventing the wheel or changing its fundamentals, but competitive advantages are needed as the barriers to market entry are so low. That's why I think recruitment companies should simply adopt AI as an enablement tool, but not rely upon it. Why? Humans trust humans. While confidence in AI remains low, attempting to remove the human element of conducting tasks such as interviews, will likely decrease trust in your process and impact client relationships. Now I am not saying AI is the only way to differentiate yourself or your business, but its inherent benefits will certainly add to your arsenal. Along with our market expertise, network, technical understanding, quality of service, and search reporting & insights Opta has adopted AI to do just this. AI enables us to deliver to our customers more efficiently & accurately, and therefore quicker - reducing cost and increasing value. How? It automates a large chunk of our day-to-day admin & documentation freeing up our time spent on what matters most to our clients: 1️⃣ The quality of the candidates; 2️⃣ The quality of the shortlist, and; 3️⃣ Better communication between all parties throughout the process.
