Our annual maintenance director meeting was held at the Novi office earlier this week. During our meeting we recognized our Top Life Safety, and our Most Improved Life Safety directors. Bob Clark, Evergreen, took home the Best Life Safety award! Most Improved Life Safety was awarded to Kenneth Francis, Grosse Pointe Woods , Kenneth Helfrich, Allen Park! Congratulations! 🎉

All Optalis Ohio Administrators and maintenance directors attended the Table Top Drill presentation conducted by Kenneth Daily today at The GRAND of Dublin.

Optalis of Canton celebrates their new Chamber of Commerce membership with a ribbon cutting ceremony and a delicious menu prepared by Dontrell and the culinary team!

Optalis had the opportunity to sponsor lunch for 2024 Summer Core of Knowledge class hosted by Ohio Health Care Association. These aspiring Administrators in Training are in the process of becoming future Nursing Home Administrators in the state of Ohio! We even got to see one of our own AITs, Madison Stalter. Welcoming Optalis of Grand Rapids and Cranberry Park Grand Rapids to the Optalis Family! This is a full continuum of care campus that includes: skilled nursing and rehabilitation, assisted living and memory care and independent living. The independent living portion of the campus will be managed by StoryPoint Group.

Team St. Francis led by Administrator Akua Addo, organized a phenomenal celebration to welcome Optalis. We are so excited to work with this team!

As a proud member of OSU WEXNER MEDICAL CENTER’s Skilled Nursing Facility Preferred Network, our Ohio team was invited to attend a recent networking event. They had the opportunity to interact with case managers and social workers from Wexner Medical Center, Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center-James Cancer Hospital & Solove Research Institute, MedOne Healthcare Partners and Richard M Ross Heart Hospital sharing information about our facilities care and services. Additionally, in the collaborative town hall meeting that followed we were recognized for several awards and Kristine Provan, VP of Ohio, spoke as part of a panel of experts.

Welcoming Optalis Health and Rehabilitation at St. Francis in Saginaw, Michigan to the Optalis Family! The St. Francis home has served the Saginaw area for over 70 years. We look forward to bringing our expertise in rehabilitation and long-term care to this well-established and talented team.
