As part of our office building project, we’re teaming up with Stangeland Maskin AS to recycle the concrete from our old structures and give it a second life. 🚚 Instead of going to waste, this concrete will be repurposed for impactful projects like bridges, tunnels, harbors, airports, and buildings—helping to shape vital infrastructure. Reuse on a whole other level 🙌🏼 We’re helping OBOS Eiendom raise the bar within assessment of construction materials for reuse ♻️ - We need to move away from producing nice, statutory reports, which then just end up in a drawer, says project manager at OBOS Eiendom, Martine Linnestad. Hammersborg Torg has been the home of Obos’ headquarters since 1964. Now the iconic buildings are to be revitalized and preserved for new tenants. Since July 2023, OBOS has been teaming up with Veidekke Sirkulær to document reuse, using new Norwegian technology. Together with Senseloop AS, we are an important player to enable actual reuse. – The documentation is critical.
