How does your company celebrate achievements? 🤔 At Ardoq, we do it every week - at Wins! Every Friday we spend 30 minutes together, starting with this fierce cat, to learn more about what wins we've achieved this week. 👉 Welcoming new customers, rolling out a Beta feature, hitting usage milestones, crafting impactful blog posts, securing media features, or setting new records in Chat GPT Enterprise usage. And shoutouts! We do tons of shoutouts to our colleagues across the company, a testament to the fact that almost everything we do at Ardoq is a team effort. And the only rule? The slides must be ugly. Really ugly! 😎 #TeamArdoq #SuccessCelebration #Innovation #Collaboration #EnterpriseArchitecture #WINS

Today we woke up thinking about culture. "Culture eats strategy for breakfast." Ever heard that one before? It means no matter how great your plans are, it's really the vibe of your team and how you all get along that makes everything work. And at Rullion, we totally get that. So, we did something cool at our Unite to Ignite event. Imagine this: 150 of us in one room, and we managed to put together 15 mood boards that show what Rullion's all about. Sounds like a bit of a challenge, right? But we did it! This wasn't just about sticking pictures on a board. It was about showing what we're made of: being open, coming up with fresh ideas, sticking together through thick and thin, and always being there for each other. These mood boards? They're not just for show. They're a big, bold shout about who we are and what we believe in. It proves when we come together, there's no stopping us. Let's keep this spirit alive in everything we do. Our culture is what makes us special. It's what helps us smash those goals and have each other's backs every step of the way. #RullionCulture #UniteToIgnite #TeamSpirit #WeGotThis

When asked “why should I choose Nucor?” The answer is quite simple: the culture. Nucor’s culture is centered around bottom-up management. The innovation owned by our team is unmatchable. #NucorCulture #Innovation #challengecoin

Voco’s values are much more than just words on a page; they are the essence of who we are and what we stand for as a business. They guide our actions, shape our culture, and complement our purpose of driving positive change by simplifying the complex. Ethan Harris, our newest and youngest team member, reminded us of this last week when he wrote an article about his first impressions of Voco’s values, and how important it is to work for a business with values aligned to your own. It’s a powerful perspective from somebody starting out in their career. Read the full article here - https://lnkd.in/gJ7qY4UW

In today’s competitive news environment, we know that success often depends on figuring out ways to capture attention through new opportunities and ideas. But in order to do that, your team needs to feel comfortable experimenting, being open to “bad” ideas, and embracing them as part of the process that gets you one step closer to a great new approach. A good first step: suggest the first bad idea and laugh at it- show others it’s OK to do the same.
We set aside time for our team to experiment and try out new ideas. We know we are on the right path, when we hear laughter, see a bunch of ideas on the cutting room floor, and everyone’s imagination is sparked by the final product.

Before I begin to turn in for the night, seated here reflecting on the success of the day -- my mind is decidedly set in two different directions: 1.) Reflecting, with pride and joy, and not a little regret, at the fact that a significant number of Boston New Technology (BNT)'s crew are facing their finals right now with fierce determination and a will to succeed -- and this takes them away from us temporarily. I miss them very much, this special group of people who have done so much for BNT for several months. Their return on July 1st is awaited with anxious enthusiasm, haha. 2.) Earlier today I was speaking with Panth Shah -- one of the most patient and agile technical leaders who has really risen to the occasion, and Sandhya M who has stepped into the role of co-lead as things have shifted. We were speaking about features and upgrades for the 1.5 release of the BNT Website. At one point, Sandhya challenged three of my assumptions as we debated about when to implement certain things. She argued with such integrity of character, such obvious conviction in the accuracy of her ideas based on her experience, that it made me respect her and Panth even more for two specific reasons -- Sandhya, for not only speaking her mind so boldly but in the best interests of the team and the tasks we have ahead of us. Panth for encouraging this and also actively participating in the debates. It is a privilege to work with people who want to do things right. They will, as Shweta Agrawal and I have seen, no doubt, shape the future of BNT and the world of innovation in general. It wasn't always like this with me, in the sense that my leadership style was much affected by various fears, uncertainties, and doubts. With them cleared away, the path has never been so obvious...and the people make all things new, possible, and prosperous.
