Do your product health reports feel irrelevant? Here's my approach to fix that: 1. Break down the user journey into distinct stages and align health metrics to each one. This makes metrics more meaningful and easier to interpret. 2. Align the product roadmap with specific phases of the journey. You can also attach OKRs to each phase to make things happen. This approach is similar to identifying a North Star metric, but I've found that a single North Star can sometimes be too broad and not always relatable for CX teams.
