Every family business in Australia and New Zealand should get behind National Family Business Day and show how important the sector is!

The support for young professionals in the north east is way too fragmented. And hard to find. But that creates a massive opportunity to solve that problem. All that’s needed: ✅ Gather the (many) willing people in businesses that want to see young professionals supported more. ✅ Get to the root of the real problem. ✅ Find a common theme that can be leveraged to bring young professionals together. ✅ Pull that lever (HARD). The barrier is resources (time, people… money… and systems). There’s a lot of trial and error involved to actually solve this problem. That’s just some of the insight I’ve experienced from Co-founding HIYP and attending yesterday’s event at Muckle LLP Newcastle office.
