Happy Friday! I hope that you feel triumphant on this first day of the Olympics. In my daily assessment, I am feeling extremely progressive. I mentioned to a potential client that inclusion is like a sprint within a marathon. It can be fast-moving and moments of steadiness. Regardless, we keep moving. More than anything, we can measure our success. Here are some options to do so. --- INCLUSIVE COUNT: We count how often we talk about inclusion. The counting gives a gauge of attention.  --- INCLUSIVE RATING: Reflect by scoring the experience on an easy 1 – 10 scale to grasp how we are experiencing inclusion. --- INCLUSIVE SCORING: Now add up the rating of each day to score yourself. More than anything, celebrate the small wins. Overall, we can gauge our inclusive behaviors and reward ourselves to keep going. In a sense, we create our own mini-Inclusive Olympics.
