I am an rROC Engineer based in Johannesburg, South Africa. rROC stands for Ramjack Remote Operations Center, this service allows our customers to optimize the performance of their technology. My role involves remotely assisting clients to enhance operational efficiency in real-time. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝗯?  The best part of my job is adding value to our client’s operations. This involves going the extra mile to ensure improved performance and overall enhanced productivity. By working closely with the team on-site and at the Operations Centre, I can better understand clients’ challenges and offer solutions that serve our clients’ best interest. ⭐ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆? #meettheteam  #Ramjackers We continue to introduce you to our team. Today, please meet Mahlatse Sekgala 👋 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗷𝗮𝗰𝗸? I work as a Project Engineer and I’m based in Johannesburg. My job requires me to spend a lot of time on our customers’ sites, where I provide support with deployment of new technologies and maximizing the benefits of existing systems. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝗯?  I really enjoy visiting different mining sites and working with our customers. I also get to work with different technologies and systems almost every day. My role focuses on resolving various issues related to technology deployed on site. By working closely with our customers, I help them realize maximum value from the deployed technology. ⭐ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝗯? First of all, it is very important to be a good communicator, as I work closely with the clients, I need to make sure we can find a common language in order to avoid misunderstandings and ensure we solve any technical issues easily. And, of course, one must be passionate about mining and technology and be curious about how technology can help solve challenges in the industry. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗷𝗮𝗰𝗸. There are many special memories from my trips to sites. I really enjoyed one of my recent projects at a gold mine in Tanzania, where I supported deployment of a fatigue monitoring system.
