The yesterday PMW visit with my friend were very successfull! The read in the new MSA,too! In the MSA i could read above the final plans from the F.I.A in behalf to the 26 er F1 Rules! The problem is,that the planed rule changes brings not really something! So the idea was born in my head,to build a constructive bridge between the F.I.A and my suggestion! The problem is,that the cut in inside the rules are extreme big,so a complete new car must develop and because of that,the rules must be fix so fast as possible“tempus fugit!“! And the F.I.A should use Andretti as develpmentteam for the new cars in change for the teamplace! Reason! The ither teams are involved in the 24/25 er season and have not the ressources to develop in two lines! So Andretti can support F.I.A and the development on the 26 er cars

So what do an F1 driver and a founder have in common? Interesting fireside chat today from Golden Gate Ventures #F1FoundersRally investor conference featuring Kevin Magnussen. These are 3 of my top takeaways from him: 1. F1 is a development race where the slightest modifications matter, to the point that a driver never drives the same car twice. So adapting to changes and optimizing results through product iterations are 2 key traits relevant to being a founder. 2. The F1 car is a product resulted from the work and expertise of hundreds of people in the team. But when race time comes, the driver becomes somewhat solely responsible for the result. I guess that at some levels this is true as well for founders. 3. The Singapore race is one of the toughest race every year because of a mix of weather condition and a challenging track with lots of twists & turns. Kevin shared that he lost 4 kg every time he raced here. But for me this one is a bit contradictive because I think I just gained 4 kg in the past few days eating Singapore’s delicious michelin guide hawker foods 😋. Thanks GGV for the invite to this very insightful full packed event. Looking forward for the rest of F1 weekend.

📰News: AMX just submitted the final project of the car and the three documents to F1 in schools in Italy!! 🔥 While waiting for the race scheduled on the 2nd of March we share with you one of the main concepts of the car: The floor The floor is one of the most important parts of the car. It has three main functions: 1. Keep the flows carried by the front wing outside 2. Store all the streams that pass under the machine to make them flow out together 3. Protect the rear wheels Without the floor being created, studied, and properly adapted, the car would not have the desired effect and confirm again how the various components were in total synergy.

Today we did our 10th car service at GaadiMech! Each service has deepened our understanding of customer needs, reinforcing the value of personalized support. Our one-on-one guidance throughout the servicing process builds trust and converts inquiries into happy customers. This has particularly helped us better understand the issues that car owners face while going through the servicing experience. My two learnings while talking to potential leads: 1) Don't just treat them as leads waiting to be converted. You have to put yourself in their shoes and ease out exactly the friction point they are facing. 2) Do not think of conversion as an instantaneous metric especially in a service industry because you never know when the lead turns hot.
