Remembering Amna Arif, whose life was tragically taken in the Karsaz road rage incident. We need justice for Amna. It’s heartbreaking to see lives lost to senseless violence like this, and it’s time for accountability. Let’s push for stricter road safety and demand that those responsible are held accountable. Amna’s story shouldn’t end here—let’s make sure her voice is heard. Let us stand together in solidarity with Amna’s family, seeking justice and ensuring that her death is not in vain. We owe it to her memory and to ourselves to create a society where such tragedies are not repeated. #JusticeForAmna #EndRoadRage #Accountability #karachi

May Allah grant eternal peace and forgiveness to Amna and her father. Those responsible for their tragic deaths must be held accountable. It’s deeply troubling that in our country, the law seems to focus on the poor and defenseless. A biker without a CNIC is stopped, an auto driver is fined, yet no one questions how a powerful, intoxicated woman was allowed to drive. What's even more alarming is that this happened on a road known for strict military protocols, with security checkpoints in place. How did she slip through unnoticed? This raises a question for the entire nation: Will the innocent and vulnerable always be the ones to suffer under the weight of such injustice? Is our legal system truly only meant to oppress the poor? The guilty often escape punishment here, while the powerful are shielded, likely even receiving VIP treatment. Justice in our country seems to have become nothing more than a subject in textbooks, far removed from reality. #JusticeForAmna #AccountabilityNow #EqualJusticeForAll #ProtectTheInnocent #EndImpunity #LegalReform #StandAgainstInjustice

I strongly condemn the brutal attack on Nengapeta Primary School that occurred on February 2nd in the South-East of Goma, specifically in the Mugunga neighborhood. This act not only violates fundamental human rights, particularly the right to education, but also contravenes the basic principles of warfare by deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure, including educational institutions. Education is a universally recognized right, and any act aimed at deliberately depriving children of access to education constitutes a blatant violation of human rights. Moreover, targeting a primary school demonstrates a shocking disregard for the fundamental principles of warfare, which demand the protection of civilians and their property, especially educational facilities. In the face of this tragedy, it is imperative that the international community reaffirms its commitment to the protection of human rights and the preservation of ethical standards in warfare. Those responsible for this attack must be held accountable for their actions, and concerted measures should be taken to ensure the safety of schools and the protection of fundamental rights in the region.

Listen to the Australian surgeon who came from Gaza! "I have their arm or their leg, can you pls re-attach it", parents begged! 15,000 children have been slaughtered. More than 10 go through amputations every day! If this doesn't shake our humanity, if we can't feel their pain and find courage to share their stories, then what value remains in our hollow talk of values and humanity! #stopthegenocide #stopkillingchildren #freepalestine

The Yazidi genocide began on this day in 2014. Nadia's Initiative leads important work to advocate on the world stage for survivors of conflict-related sexual violence, a decade on from the Yazidi genocide. We know that the risks of exploitation do not end the moment that the violence stops. Rebuilding impacted communities is essential to reducing future risks of modern slavery. 👉 Learn how Nadia's Initiative is working to do just that.

Rwanda is for the 30th time commemorating the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, a tragic event where over one million lives were lost to ethnic Hutu extremists. For OkayAfrica, I interviewed young people from Rwanda’s Gen Z demographic and wrote a piece about their reflections on the genocide and how these insights shape their approach to the annual commemoration. Palestinian Message to 2 billion Muslims around the world Love of dunya and hatred for akhirah, are the main reason we didn't have done any thing for our Muslims Brothers and Sisters in Palestine, This video is a clear indicator of why its all started, and where it goes, despite of having 2 billion population, this issue remain unsolved only due to love of dunya and hatred for akhirah, We are planning to construct large buildings, best ever science discoveries, growing exponentially in technology, just because of selfishness. #Morality is dead unfortunately. They are dying but winning, but we are losing in the frame of winning. If our standards of thought, living, are still not in accordance as the psychology of Islam, still now. What type of Muslims we are, If we are still not willing to go towards a situation where these #gen#ocidal things will not happens, what type of muslims we are, Muslims must have pattern recognition, as they can't be bitten from the same hole twice, and muslims are those who consider other Muslims the parts of their body. Combine these two Ahadith, and think about it and ask yourself, do I consider myself and the muslims in trouble the same, if yes, then what should we have done to stop these situations, and from occuring the same in future, as we should do for ourselves.
On this day, as we witness the ongoing genocide in Palestine, it’s crucial that we not remain silent. Generations are being erased, families torn apart, and humanity tested. The world cannot turn a blind eye to the suffering of the Palestinian people. Join us today at 2 PM at the Islamabad Press Club for the Toofan Al Aqsa march. Let us raise our voices in solidarity with the oppressed and demand an end to the relentless violence.
