🚀 Our Latest Industry Report is Here! In Q2, we conducted interviews and surveys with Chief Data Officers and Data Leaders from various organisations—including multinationals, major national companies, FTSE 100/250 businesses, and mid-sized enterprises across various sectors. Our focus? To explore the critical role of culture in Data & Analytics success and assess the industry's current state. Key Findings Include: ✅Only 32% of the data leaders we spoke to work in organisations with a designated individual responsible for overseeing data culture. ✅ 20% of our executive panel reported only limited or non-formalised external communication strategies. ✅ The average data literacy score among organisations is moderately low at 5.24 out of 10, with a wide spread across the spectrum. ✅ While many organisations employ a range of metrics to evaluate the impact of data-driven decisions —11% still do not have formal evaluation methods. ✅A brilliant article from Anna X. Wang, Head of AI at Multiverse on bridging the AI skills gap and cultivating data culture. A big thank you to the 50 participants and contributors to the report, including Kinnari Ladha, Dan Kellett, and Tom Spencer! 👉 Access the full report in the comments below. Demonstrating the value and importance of data and making this valuable tangible can help break down these barriers to change
