🎉 Celebrating a Milestone! 🎉 We are thrilled to celebrate Peter Hanzel‘s 20th anniversary with in our company! Over the past two decades, his dedication, expertise, and commitment have been crutial in our success. Thank you, Peter, for your remarkable contributions and unwavering loyalty. We are sure we have a lot of achievements and growth still together in front of us! Curious to know why Peter stayed with us for 20 years? Here is his answer😊 I can summarize it in 3 reasons - ordered by priority - 1. the team, 2. non-monotonous work, 3. option to choose my own path. The team makes you feel at work like on a friend event. Of course there are ups and downs, but even in downs team was there to help to get out of the ... it.  [😉]  The work was always interesting, sometimes more challenging, sometimes more annoying and of course sometimes a little monotonous as at any other work. What also helped a lot that most of my team leads have aIways acted as one of us. I started as a developer, changed to a consultant, then become a consulting manager to end up on a position of a product manager mainly of SNP DTS and CB Shell Creator. ...a campfire/beer stories could be told  [🙂] #Anniversary #Milestone #Teamwork

This month marks 6 years at [dot]GOOD for me. And wow, we've been through so much together! Seeing the business and our impact grow, late late nights, weekends filled with work, navigating extreme challenges- like staying afloat through a pandemic, walking through colleagues moving on, braving the projects, situations, expectations and clients that challenged us, and the way we work together - on multiple levels, at different times, and of course celebrating every win and turning mistakes around to build upwards even better - wow. There is no doubt that I love my job and almost every minute of all the above because the work we do makes the world a better place. It's that 1 starfish that appreciates the difference we have made possible, and it's compounding over the years - through people and the environment. And my love for what we do moves so much deeper because of the people I get to do it all with. There are no words for the gratitude I feel for the team that pushes boundaries every day making the impossible a reality. I may have had an influence on [dot]GOOD over the last 6 years, but the person it has made me - incredible! I want to be better at so many aspects of leadership, management, work flows, change, support and more, because the people here inspire me to do better. These folks right here! These are real MVPs when it comes to the operations you see out in the park. They are the engine that keeps the wheels of Ride Operations turning. You see all those ride operators out there staffing rides, these guys made sure they were there for you. You see those rides testing, these guys made sure every single one of them are safe for you. You see all those associates brooms in hand cleaning, these guys brought that broom to them. When I tell you the role of these guys right here is important, I mean we 100000% could not do it without them. And it’s truly a pleasure to do so with people who are so passionate about the industry and working with people. When it comes to writing nominations for our Values awards, sometimes the words can be hard to find to summarize a great contribution to the team in a few short sentences. But let me tell you, when it comes to the definition and meaning of what our Cornerstones and Core Values are, these folks right here would be the picture in the dictionary.
