As music lovers, we should strive to appreciate different genres and styles of music. When artists like Beyoncé cross into other genres, they have the power to introduce their fans to something new and exciting. Artists should not be afraid to explore and experiment with different styles, enhancing the listener's experience and broadening their horizons. We should celebrate the fact that music brings people together and opens up new perspectives. In a world where women's voices are often silenced or diminished, we find inspiration in the fierce powerhouses that refuse to be silenced, the incomparable Beyoncé and the fearless women of The Chicks. Their music transcends genres, defies expectations, and challenges societal norms while empowering women to stand tall and own their truth. Beyoncé and The Chicks represent the epitome of female empowerment in the music industry and beyond. Their fearlessness, authenticity, and unwavering commitment to uplifting women are a beacon of hope and inspiration. Let's celebrate these incredible women and continue to amplify their voices as they pave the way for a more inclusive and empowered future. How does this correlate to menopause support? As women going through menopause, we refuse to be silenced or ignored any longer. We demand to be seen and heard. As GenX menopausal women, we are determined to find answers and push for change towards better menopausal support. Our determination is driving us to put menopause front and center. I wanted to share with you my family experiences of the race riots. My children were watching the Olympics, they are mixed heritage and were being inspired by the wonderful athletes when the news came on and they watched a little bit. They took time to process, they are all under 10. Today they asked questions as we drove in our car. They asked me if anyone was going to stop us and pull them out of the car because they are brown and beat them up. They were worried. I explained it to them in an age-appropriate way, not shying away from the complexity, not shying away from a discussion on racism. I also asked them to do what they can control and made them feel in control of the situation. Coaching them with things to say if someone is unkind. Letting them know that I would protect them and stand up for them and that I would keep them safe. If you work in education, please plan for the beginning of term for supportive pastoral care, ask experts to support your children in school - experts who have lived experience, who have a deep experience of racism and how to feel empowered. Because children are scared, plan your pastoral sessions for age-appropriate discussions which explicitly support belonging and safety. There are charities who have prepared resources, use them. If you are in a school that isn't multi-cultural and you think it doesn't apply to your setting. It does. Address the reality of racism in society. Please don't shy away from difficult conversations, because they are needed. Please help children understand what is happening in a child-friendly way and support them to move forward to move towards a better society, because it is needed now more than ever. #Education

Hungary Mészárosék's car company won the disproportionately scored tender of Magyar Közút with a bid of 1.4 billion 2024. január 16. KATUS ESZTER Magyar Közút announced a public procurement procedure for the purchase of a fleet of passenger cars last September. The tender has now yielded results: the winner is none other than Mészáros M1 Kft., which has increased its income tenfold in five years. The company owned by Lőrinc Mészáros often gets ahead of big competitors such as Porsche or Mercarius by offering extra short deadlines. This time, too, he won under interesting circumstances, with a disproportionate scoring system. As we had previously dealt with the strange repetitions of tenders related to fleet procurement in relation to the Mészáros M1, when the road manager's call appeared on ekr.gov.hu, we were sure that it would be worth following the procedure closely. That's why we registered with our public procurement expert in the electronic public procurement system so that we can access the entire call for tenders and get to know the details. I am haunted by the fact that the taxi problem in Norway is being dealt with by the left socialist party. No one else in Norway is interested in this at all. I have a real solution, but without your help I can't contact anyone who is dealing with this problem, so I'm asking for help from everyone who lives in Norway and is even slightly socially active. I know you see my posts and I thank you on behalf of everyone who spends a lot of money on taxi fares in Norway. Hoping to put a fair and orderly end to this. And also on behalf of all taxi drivers in Norway who earn NOK 20,000-30,000 working 12 - 16 hours a day. But this is how they work all over the world and it looks like slavery. Agree, these are critical conditions. Support my efforts and together we will be able to implement a worthy IT product for all inhabitants of our planet ❤️ Together we will get economical travel for ourselves always by -40%. And extra profit for each driver from +20% to +140%. We will also take a passive active part in overfilling our country’s budget from +20% to +140%! But that's not all!
