As 2024 winds down, I found myself reflecting on the way home from visiting family—what a fantastic year it’s been! Amid the daily hustle, it’s easy to miss the bigger picture unfolding around us. I'm extremely grateful to have such a fantastic team at Terrabbit, respectful and collaborative clients, and our amazing partners, especially Salesforce. A few milestones we’re proud to share: 1️⃣ We doubled our team size this year, growing steadily while welcoming fresh perspectives and expertise. 2️⃣ Several talented team members received well-deserved promotions, reflecting their hard work and growth. 3️⃣ We continued helping businesses bring their biggest visions to life by implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions, ultimately resulting in improved productivity & workflow. 🌟 Bengaluru Dreamin' truly lived up to its tagline, "An Impactful Conference for Everyone"! As a volunteer, I'm grateful for the opportunity to contribute, albeit in a limited capacity. Massive kudos to the organizers, core team, and volunteers for their collective effort in making this event a remarkable success! 🙌 🔥Day 1 commenced with the keynote address by the esteemed Arundhati Bhattacharya, who illuminated the stage with her profound insights, setting a high standard for the rest of the conference. The session was further enriched by Kiran manyala. 💡In the Day 2 panel discussion, one of the most interesting points was Prateek Prakash (NTT Data) "Hello Uncle Story" during the AI discussion. It provided invaluable insights, making us all think deeper. It's high time we focus on upgrading our skills and embracing new challenges. 🤝 Connecting with Salesforce Trailblazers and meeting new faces like Amaan Shoeb, Raghavendra, J. Vamsi, gurucharan kurdikar, Cimiti Muniraja, and many others was a highlight.These new connections led to fruitful conversations, reinforcing the value of networking at events like #BengaluruDreamIn24. 💼 🤝I also got the chance to meet industry leaders and entrepreneurs like Tamilselvan Chinnathambi, Gaurav Kheterpal Sir, Kuldeep Sharma, Vivek Kumar, Sai Raghavendhra Yarlagadda, and Roshan K.. Additionally, I met the Developer Relations team members Vishwa Vikas Dagala, Satya Sekhar Chegondi, and Aditya Naag Topalli, and attended their AI hands-on workshop sessions. 💭 As Roshan K. rightly pointed out, giving suggestions is easy, but overcoming challenges in implementation is where the real growth happens. #BengaluruDreamIn24 was a testament to this invaluable lesson. 🚀 🌟 Working alongside the team, I gleaned numerous invaluable lessons, particularly from Aishwarya P leadership. One standout takeaway was mastering the balance of polite and humble communication while ensuring task completion and keeping everyone updated. Aishwarya's approach was truly impressive and inspiring. 🌟 Looking forward to more enriching conferences like this one, where we can continue to learn, connect, and grow together.
