Phase 1 is complete! We wrapped up Facilitation for Connection yesterday things did not go as planned Jennifer and I assumed we would get through all the content in 2 sessions, but we failed. It took us 3 sessions to get through the stuff, cuz The Cultivation Crew members brought phenomenal insights and best practices of their own. They took their Field Assignments seriously and this drove impactful knowledge sharing and feedback. The intent was to provide the Crew with stuff they could incorporate into their meetings, presentations, and conversations that would make for a better experience. And we freakin did it. By "We" I mean the entire crew cuz everyone contributed to the goodness. Phase 2 kicks off Friday September 13th. Drop "Cultivation Crew" in the comments to get more info
