We've issued a cash notice to Ultra Lithium Inc. for the full repayment of AUD $1,098,246 under a convertible loan agreement within 10 business days. Failure to pay within this timeframe will constitute a default under the CLA and will allow us to initiate enforcement actions to recover the Debt, including by enforcing the security interests held against Ultra Lithium’s Argentinian and Canadian mineral projects. Despite prior agreements and attempts outlined in a binding term sheet, we identified key matters of concern which, in conjunction with Ultra Lithium’s lack of substantive engagement in respect of the BTS transaction, had caused serious concerns as to whether the BTS transaction would complete. Trading activity in CME Lithium Hydroxide has surged in recent months, with more speculators entering the market. At the end of 1Q2024, open interest stood at a record 24,328 contracts, with trading activity taking place through the September 2025 contract. Trading volume last quarter alone nearly matched all that occurred last year, the CME also stated. #ASXNews Catalyst increases its exposure to prevailing gold prices. Catalyst delivers into last of its inherited, legacy, call options. Catalyst Metals is pleased to announce that it has delivered into the last of its call options, inherited through the acquisition of Superior Gold Inc. • When Catalyst acquired Superior Gold in June 2023, it inherited 25,000 call options priced between A$2,780/oz and A$3,075/oz • Now that Catalyst has no more calls options in place, it has greater exposure to the prevailing ~A$3,500 gold price • Catalyst’s remaining hedging comprises 8,500oz gold forward contracts at A$3,300/oz • This step resolves another legacy issue and further simplifies Catalyst’s business #CYL’s Managing Director & CEO, James Champion de Crespigny, commented: “Over the past ten months Catalyst has worked hard to turn around the Plutonic operations.
