This month all but one of our reported sources are indicating month-on-month house price increases, ranging from 0.1% to 1.1%. Rightmove comments the number of new sellers coming to the market is up by 12% compared this time last year, and the number of sales being agreed is up by 13% as both seller and buyer activity rebound from last year's much more subdued spring.
