This good morning message is layered with a lot of important insights. The most important insight is if you want to see change go and make change. Do it be brave. None here at Amir Satvat HQ thought about how much we can change only that we needed to do something to make change. I am a prime example. I am pushing forward change in the way I know how and how best my skills are to create a positive impact. Digital Hazard Studio is the way myself and my co-founder Pendragon Wachtel are trying to make change. Talk is cheap, talks is meaningless if there is no action behind it. I am not some kind of veteran CEO, I am simply willing to learn on my feet, be critical and thoughtful in my actions and take one step forward every day. Results will follow. I lost my job in 2022. First time in my adult life and I did not bounce back and I went through every spiral of doubt and fear and anger and just because it happened to me nearly 2 years ago does not mean it's any easier for those who got laid off yesterday and it doesn't make my plight any more important compared to them. It's vital that we do what we can how we can and support those who need it and are brave enough to ask. To anyone who feels otherwise and has an opinion that opinion is your own and a reflection of who you are and I respect you for having that but doesn't mean I'm going to listen. Much love to everyone and my door is always open to help those who are willing to ask for it.

When’s the best time to fight a price objection? BEFORE the client asks for a lower price early in the investigation phase of the sales cycle. Reassure prospects that you offer top quality by giving them real examples and great stories supporting it. Tell them “The biggest challenge you have is convincing clients that you don’t offer discounts because in the end the buyers who purchase your products want excellent quality and sales service for a FAIR price based on value. They feel it’s really not what you PAY for a product or service, it’s what you GET with the investment.” In the past 13 years, I’ve never heard a price objection because I handle them before they occur. Should one eventually come up I will say this - “I’d rather justify price once to then excuse our quality forever.” Then I’ll smile and SHUT UP. #sales #priceobjections #salessuccess #salesmanagement #discountsareearnedbasedonvolume

Nailed it my friend. Value is, and has always been defined, by return on investment. Value also comes in the way of your insight, knowledge, and expertise, on the clients business. Can you bring additional value in aspects of their business, outside the product your selling. In selling tradtional media, can you evaluate their digital, or social media presence. Offer strategies, or creative suggestions. I've always said, and most my clients would have agreed. They don't negotiate my price, they negotiate my service. Make your service leaps and bounds ahead, of your competition.

Great share Amir! Now more than ever it’s important to be supportive of each other. The sad fact is, in the age of screens and internet, the world itself is quite isolating for many people. Some don’t feel as comfortable as others with social interaction or might not be as adept at it, considering there is a lot of frustration and problematic perspectives passed on from family or others during childhood experiences and on. Many people are working out those issues and how to try to better communicate so they can learn to ask for help or feel comfortable communicating about pain or troubles they are experiencing in the first place. To attempt that and then be met with negativity or judgmental responses instead of empathy and consideration just causes further traumas and a loss of trust in others. There is a lot of suffering in the world already. It is really important not to add to the suffering but instead be a source of shared understanding and assistance with whatever we can afford to help with, while keeping in mind to not over extend ourselves. Good mental health/relationships are created through a balance of good communication skills, finding shared understanding through non-judgmental listening and attention, and acceptance. Understanding everyone and no-one is perfect. This approach provides forward movement and builds a strong foundation we can all be able to find a foothold on.

Consequently, it weakens further and deteriorate our strength then leads towards stress and strain in real life. As a result, we become weak and helpless.
