Over the past month, I've observed, Head of Marketing, Lars Christensen, master the art of creating and publishing effective ads single-handedly, achieving results that are "5x what we're used to!" according to Lars himself.
There are a few things Lars does exceptionally well:
1 - Puts in the effort to produce not only 2 or 3 ads, but more like 4-5 variations.
Lars creates 4-5 ad variations every time, not just 2-3. More angles/content increases the chances of success, beyond what algorithms alone can achieve.
2 - Rigorous testing of different views/angles.
Lars is constantly challenging previous results by testing new views, perspectives and angles. For example, an ad with a balcony view has proven to be efficient for many of his projects.
3 - Experimentation before publicly listing projects on other sites.
Before a public listing, Lars uses Adline for a trial run, testing multiple cover images to determine the top performer.
For example, with Adline you can test 4-5 different cover images to see which one performs the best, then you apply the winning combination as the cover going forward.
