This can be interpreted in a few different ways: 🤔Firstly, it could mean that their current company has made changes to make their role more enjoyable. 🤔Secondly, their current company may have found out about their intention to leave and offered them a pay raise and a progression plan. 🤔Lastly, the candidate may be having second thoughts about making such a big change. It's important to consider the reasons behind these actions. If it's because the company has acknowledged its faults and is making improvements, that should be commended. However, if it's simply a reaction to the candidate's departure, it's important to question the motives. ❓Will this pay raise and progression plan truly address the candidate's long-term feelings about the company? ❓Are there realistic targets associated with the progression plan? ❓Will the extra money fix all the problems and make them happy?
