After all these years of working across various roles, one thing I have understood about what it’s all in average vs great results. We all have been there - the pressure to deliver the best, the comfort of "average," and the burning desire to truly excel in the field you are in. Let's be straight & honest, average results can get you by. They meet the expectations of your workplace, keep the lights on, and sometimes even avoid criticism. But is that where we want to stay? It is very important to constantly strive for greatness, even when the average feels safe! But here is what, average isn’t that bad as a starting point, it’s a foundation on which we start building greatness and I believe average shouldn’t be looked down upon rather be encouraged on what can be done to improve and move towards greatness. Here’s how I think it can be done, by celebrating milestones, learning from every step(success or failure), never stop iterating, and keep empathy. 🤙

As a new month dawns, it brings with it the opportunity for a fresh start—a chance to embrace a new beginning and adopt a new mindset. With a renewed focus and clear intentions, set the stage for new results to manifest in your life. Let this month be a catalyst for positive change and growth, as you embark on a journey towards your goals with determination and optimism. With each day, let reaffirm your commitment to personal and professional development, taking inspired action to turn your dreams into reality. Life is a journey full of right and wrong turns, and it is the chances we take that make it all worthwhile. Despite the uncertainties and risks, it be essential to embrace the opportunities that come our way and make the decisions that will lead us closer to our dreams and aspirations. Whether the outcome is favorable or not, the experiences gained from taking chances provide invaluable lessons and contribute to our personal growth and development. Ultimately, it be these chances that give our lives purpose, meaning, and fulfillment.

“What ifs” “What if I try again and I fail?” “What if I get rejected?” "What if I'm not good enough?" "What if I make a fool of myself?" "What if I get hurt again?"  "What if I let everyone down... including myself?" "What if I miss another opportunity?" "What if I'm just not meant to succeed?" Enough!  Enough of this self doubts and fears. 📍What if you learn from your mistakes and succeed next time? What if you are already good enough, and you just need to believe in yourself? 📍What if you take a risk and discover a new strength? 📍What if you heal and grow stronger from your experiences? 📍What if you find inner strength and resilience you never knew you had? You’ve just got to find your potentials.  📍What if you rise to the challenge and make yourself and others proud? 📍What if you create your own opportunities and make my own luck? 📍What if you redefine success on your own terms and find fulfillment? Six years ago, being awarded Field Employee of the Month was just one of the peaks on my journey, but since then, work and life has been a roller coaster of highs and lows. Each challenge has tested my resilience and determination. It's easy to celebrate the peaks—they remind us of our strengths and achievements.
