Another great season with the National Basketball Association (NBA) and OS Studios - A Project Worldwide Agency has come to a close. It’s been an honor growing this league and being a part of this team. I dedicated myself to this league 6 years ago and I’ve never regretted it for a second. Jamie "Dirk" Diaz Ruiz Autumn Johnson Johnathon Fields Jasmine McKoy - You’ve been my family for years now, I can’t wait to see what you all do next. Best group I’ve ever worked with, not sure if I’ll ever find a better team. Matt Arden Mike Budney Talmadge Canty Brendan Donohue - thank you for giving me a chance and getting me into this crazy broadcasting world! You believed in me and I hope I made you proud. John Higgins Camille Bryant Megan Kuhlenschmidt Lydia Pendergrass Justin Orlando - thank you for taking me under your wing and teaching me how to be a producer! I’ve learned a ton from you all in these last 2 years, and your kindness and professionalism led the way. Can’t wait to see what fun projects we find together in the future. So many others to thank for everything over the years, but I’m sure we’ll all get to work together again in the future. Until next time🏀🕹️

This summer, players across the globe have been able to celebrate their love for League of Legends at in-person events. North America hosted two of these events, including a pop-up in Toronto! Our Anima Squad Toronto Pop-Up ran from July 12th to 14th in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. There, players could go hands-on with the new League of Legends game mode, Swarm | Operation: Anima Squad. After playing the new bullet-heaven-inspired PvE mode, players were able to create custom t-shirts featuring their favorite Anima Squad characters, try three different types of Anima Squad-themed Boba (Seraphine’s Strawberry Encore, Primordian Power, and Yuumi’s Zoomies), break open a pack of Anima Squad trading cards, and take photos with their own Anima Squad. Reservations for this event went quickly, but some lucky players were able to get in via a standby line. We appreciate the passion of the players who waited it out in the line (some for nearly four hours), and were glad to get to share the experience with y’all! Recently, Navy MWR hosted the first-ever RIMPAC Esports tournament, which was live streamed on the Navy MWR Twitch channel. The event brought together gamers from the U.S., Germany, Korea, Italy, and Brunei for an epic Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III showdown. 🌍🎮 128 players battled it out in the Kona Winds Complex esports lounge at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, showcasing incredible skill and camaraderie. Congratulations to all participants, especially the winning team, The Highlanders! This groundbreaking event was part of the RIMPAC Cup Championship, highlighting the spirit of competition and unity among our service members.
