Austin - Joe Neal – Joe takes home COTM after smashing his target and securing his first deal since joining Oscar just a few months ago. Joe relocated from the UK and has been an incredible addition to the Austin office and Tech Team. He comes in early, stays late, and his dedication shone through during a very successful month. We’re excited for all that’s ahead for him! 🙌
Philly - Zach Tredway – After his well-deserved promotion to Senior last month, Zach continued to prove himself as a valuable asset to Team Philly. Not only did Zach earn a promotion, but he also transitioned from Salesforce to #ServiceNow. This move has paid off, with Zach achieving a stellar month in September. Cheers to COTM! 🍻
Tampa - Asher Rudolph – Mr. Consistent, King of Contracts, THE Asher Rudolph celebrates another fantastic month at Oscar. You’ve likely seen Asher’s name here before—he’s one of the most reliable and successful members of Oscar Technology. With over eight years at the company, he’s also one of our most experienced team members. If you’re seeking advice or guidance in recruitment, Asher is your go-to! 👏
Values Award - Lee Cohen – The Values Award goes to a member of our support staff, and it’s no surprise that Lee takes it home for September. Oscar’s Head of People, Lee Cohen, is always willing to drop everything to support the team. He spent two weeks in Philadelphia leading various training sessions for Team Philly and will head to our Tampa office next week to do the same. Although Team Austin will miss him, we know we can always rely on Lee to help us grow and become better recruiters. 💼
