From customer service to tech sales 🔥 Meet Reyanna Rif, who after trying a few different roles decided to explore sales as a potential long career path. When I first spoke to Reyanna, she spoke about how she wanted grow into a role before committing to a long-term career. After hearing about what a career in software sales looks like, she decided to use Earlywork as a way to learn about what tech sales is and it’s suitability for her long-term ambitions. I love Reyanna’s story because from the first moment I spoke to her, she had a willingness and keenness to learn and try different things. Her story is a reminder how far that attitude can take you, given that she has started a role at Sonder, an international workplace care platform. When I asked Reyanna about Earlywork’s biggest value add she said that the “constant communication and motivation,” was huge for her. She noted that “after the whole team finish their lessons they don't just clock out, they are constantly motivating students and helping them figure out their pathway.
