Enhance our membership with an outreach to schools developing Student Chapters and volunteering to mentor & educate them. 2. Developing Engaging Programs from for our monthly meetings that highlight new technologies and our members. 3.Build a database of external training for our members to upskill & reskill to keep working. Whether I get elected or not, I'm leaning in to my new role as Co-Chairman of SMPTE Global Digitization Working Group. A multi-year project to harmonize and offer enhanced federated search across: Standards, The MI Journal amd SMPTE HQ & Global Section Educational Materials.
