We would like to invite companies that have shown the highest level of engagement in previous tasks to join Level 3. The advanced level of company internationalisation will lead to high-quality discussions during peer-to-peer meetings. The aim of the Peer-to-Peer Group Sessions is to create a safe space for founders to share challenges and experiences and brainstorm next steps with other micro SMEs in the BSR Programme and experts. All participants will receive in-depth feedback from Level 2 domain experts. Format: Four sessions during Level 3, structured around open dialogue. Founders submit questions/challenges beforehand. ▶ Domain Expert sets the scene and recaps Level 2 learnings, introduces group challenges. ▶ Open discussion on raised questions/challenges. ▶ Summarise learnings, recap, and focus points for next time. Each group consists of 9-12 participants, with sessions lasting 2-3 hours online. Another important component of Level 3 is 1:1 Sessions with BSR Business Coaches. This includes: ▶Ongoing feedback, progress updates, and Next Step Plans with local Business Coaches. ▶Short feedback sessions or initial hypothesis testing with Business Coaches from other partner countries.
