Happy #Juneteenth! On June 19th, we celebrate the final enforcement of the Emancipation Proclamation that ensured freedom to enslaved Black Americans across the country. Two and a half years after the signing, emancipation was won and the civil war was ended. Now, 155 years later, we can celebrate this victory, but we must also continue the important and necessary work in anti-racism and liberation.
