The Ukrainian Review has published an article dedicated to the anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The article focuses on how to bring millions of Ukrainians who have moved abroad back home. What are the prerequisites for such a return and what factors should we in Ukraine create through joint efforts of the state, business and civil society to make our people want to return. In preparing this article, I had the opportunity to talk to a very wide audience from different countries: ✅️ Oksana Zholnovych, Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine; ✅️ Natalka Cmoc, Ambassador of Canada to Ukraine; ✅️ Markus Faber, Member of the German Bundestag and a great friend of Ukraine. It's nice to see that we are all thinking in the same direction, and it gives us hope that our international partners will help us achieve much of what we have written about in this article. Indeed, we have all witnessed a remarkable change in the European Union resolve in the face of the Russian aggression in Ukraine. Yet, we need not be complacent. We could have done much more collectively and individually to help Ukraine win justice. As a matter of priority, the EU needs to provide the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO) with authority to enforce sanctions across the EU, and stop the flow of oil money to the Kremlin. #ukrainewillwin #standwithukraine #europeanunion #europeancommission

Today, Ukraine celebrates the 105th anniversary of promulgating the Act of Unification of the Ukrainian People's Republic (UPR) and the West Ukrainian People's Republic (WUPR). Also on this day, a year earlier, in 1918, the independence of the Ukrainian People's Republic was proclaimed. These two events are significant in our history because they became fundamental milestones in the creation of the Ukrainian state and crowned the desire to unite Ukrainians who were divided by the borders of the empires of that time. Now, we continue the fight for our unity and freedom. And every day, we prove that Ukrainian people are the only ones who, like a century ago, aspire to live in a free Ukraine. Today, our unity is our weapon. Together, we will defeat the enemy and build a strong Ukraine.

Illiterate? Yes, we are. 💡 At least for a hundred years history has been teaching us to read 📕 and understand Russian aggression ⚡ . Since 2004 we were given 'live cases' (Georgia, Crimea). We still refused to fully understand. And understanding is precondition for acting strategically. Today, when Lithuania is celebrating 34 years of re-established independence ☀ , I invite everyone to learn to read Russia from those who know (not think, but they really know). From those who know that giving away part of Ukraine will not stop that evil. Therefore, lets stand strong together and learn that weakness is interpreted as invitation by the red evil. p.s. Executive control and self-monitoring: A mistake of this nature could also suggest that President Biden may have difficulties with executive control mechanisms, such as self-monitoring and error detection. Today, together with the Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Valentyna Moskalenko we had a meeting with a person who does a lot for Ukraine's victory - the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to Japan, Serhiy Korsunsky. I presented our Association of Coal Communities of Ukraine and during the conversation, I was convinced that we are on the right path. For Ukraine, it is now extremely important to carefully study Japan's experience after 1951 and the successes they have achieved. Therefore, I will work on ensuring that coal-dependent communities have the opportunity to visit Japan and gain extensive experience from this country, including in the field of just transformation. #JustTransition
