Have you ever walked in to a building and suddenly feel calm and at ease? Well that is what happened to me this morning when I visited Bomaid - Botswana Medical Aid Society offices. I was treated to the best customer experience ever, from the security guard at the parking lot who informed me about their reverse parking policy to the one in the building who directed me to the relevant place to be assisted. I did not even wait long for assistance and was out of the building in less than 7 minutes. I just don't have the right words to express the air in that building, the place is so clean and the people talk so calmly as if they have been trained on the right tone to use when engaging customers. This to me was a testament of #BOMAID's culture, without knowing the specifics I can confidently tell you that the company has a good and solid culture. This is not only good for their ability to retain employees (I know a few people that have been working there since forever), it is also important for their ability to retain customers and to have a strong brand identity. Great job BOMAID. There is nothing more I can say about #BOMAID other than, kudos for the good job, continue whatever it is that you are doing there and know that I will still be your customer in many more years to come. Many companies can learn a lot of good things from you. Keep up the good work. #customerexperience #happycustomer #BOMAID Picture credit of Sunday Standard online edition
