Great lunch at the Foreign Airlines Association
One of the very best networking groups in the travel industry is the Foreign Airlines Association UK It is a collection of the warmest and most interesting people in travel. You would think that the stresses and strains of running airlines might jade this group, but their cheerfulness, even with problems of re-routing due to war, knows no bounds. They are the problem solvers and positive thinkers and that’s why I love being around them. They also show how all cultures can get on and work together. The chair, Gary Kershaw from Qatar Airways treated the group by choosing an incredible lunch at May Fair Kitchen designed for foodies. Everyone hung on to the speaker Stephanie Wear from Gatwick Airport’s words and enjoyed a bit of Heathrow banter. OTT - Online Travel Training will soon be launching a course about Gatwick. We said goodbye to Dale Keller from BAR UK LTD who was an FAA honoured guest and standing down from his prestigious and important role to move to pastures new. Im already looking forward to the next get together and final lunch of the year at Christmas.
