Hey, everybody. Look, Otter is one of my absolute favorite new platforms to leverage to make myself as efficient as possible when it comes to selling. I mean, we need almost every edge that we can take these days to maximize our efficiencies and our time in front of the client, specifically when it comes to meetings. An Otter. You're watching one of my favorite features of this entire platform, which is it auto transcribes your conversation live while you're having it. So I don't take notes anymore. All I do is have this up on my screen and when I think somebody says something interesting, I'll highlight it here and it allows me to turn this into a highlight. Make a comment to it or even an action item. So as I'm going through this, I'm highlighting different parts of the conversation I know I want to come back to and then after the conversation's over. I go back into Otter and I find my conversations and the one, this is one that I found that I'm using as this example. But what it does is it summarizes the entire conversation with key action items that I have to take and then gives key insights using autopilot for sales that are things that I absolutely need to know to help move this deal forward, right? So budget rolls need sentiment, pain points, objections. And actually, this reminds me, I didn't talk about timeline. So I got to go back and. Auto now say this meeting was today and now next week I have to, you know, refresh myself on the conversations before my second call. Well, instead of going back and reading all my notes and sifting through them to find out what's important, I just look through the summary. Or even better, I ask it using their chat feature. Anything I need to know. And I can do this across multiple meetings with the same type with the same company or the same person. So in this case, I forgot how many ISR they had so real quick. Well, they have 42 and how many total reps do they want? Please break it down. That's exactly what they said. What type of training do they want to focus on? Sometimes I forget if it's prospecting or negotiations based on all the meetings I have and it tells me right here. So I have everything I need to know to be as effective as possible when it comes to engaging with a client and it's thanks to Otter. You're going to want to check this out today.
