Awesome product alert! I've partnered up with Otter.ai because out of all the different note taking and meeting insight tools I've used they are BY FAR my favorite. Check out why in the video below and check them out today: https://lnkd.in/e_SEHnhP By the way, their app is also awesome for in-person meetings. All you have to do is tap the record button on the app on your phone and it records and summarizes the conversation just like it would on Zoom.
It's great, especially in face to face conversations. Don't be afraid to ask "do you mind if I record this so I don't hav to take notes?" Everyone is used to it, and the summaries are great.
Comparison to Gong? I’ve been using that and love it but would love to know if you stress tested the two and what made you go the Otter direction instead?
I love Otter.ai as well ... i'd love if they made it easier to copy the entire transcript from a call so I can run it through a few of my own models.
Would love to use Otter.ai but I can’t get anyone from support to follow up a support ticket I put in last week.
Thanks for sharing your insights on Otter.ai; it sounds impressive. Consider also checking out transcribethis.io for its fast and error-free transcription capabilities.
So it goes. Otter.ai is making it easier than ever to remember our conversations. Cheers to the new elephant in the room! 🐘
I've been using Fireflies.ai for a long time - what makes Otter different?
I've used them too. Great for transcription services as well.

6moI've found all these note takers to be challenging. I'm still at the old man level of 'Get off my lawn - you AI robot trying to steal my mind'.... Maybe one day I'll get there but I also question the cyber risk of what happens to all my conversations if there is a breach... Just like how AT&T lost all our calls and texts in the 'secure' Snowflake cloud. Get off my lawn 😬 PS...I'm using Fathom to record all my calls and seem to love that but I'll try this out now JB.
