The #Event industry need people who understand it to build its tools. Hubilo, Hopin.. looks like all the EvenTech companies thought the world would stay virtual, massive layoffs and valuations at 7B and sold for 15M, this says it all. Event are in person, experiences are hybrid, meetings stayed (mostly) virtual. In 2024 will we still be attending events with terribly designed ticketing, networking, streaming, AI translation, interactivity and over-priced event apps?
