This is *so* awesome. Sparta's plate tech has been super interesting for so long to me -- really interested to see how it work and approach gets integrated into the Oura ecosystem. Congrats!
Is the Oura ring a MDR medically approved device? If not the device cannot and should not be used for checking any health parameter.
Perhaps the notion of a tech company drifting into behavioral psychology via resilience is a bit far reaching. In the field there is a trend of people abandoning bio metrics because of the stress it creates in their lives and the trust in the data, especially after they get a lab and the cortisol markers don’t align with Oura’s application or similar wearables the measure resilience and stress.

5moVery interesting read. Never considered the potential of this tech leveraged at the enterprise level to gather data that helps optimize schedules, monitor team stress levels, measure readiness for activities, etc. This could have great potential for a larger role in enterprise health support programs. 💡
