How many times do we look at something “exclusive” and think - I want that! I want to have that. I want to be part of that. As a society, we see “exclusive” as something more valuable, sometimes unattainable, and often only meant for a certain few. What does that kind of message and thought process do when it comes to valuing inclusion? Have we set ourselves up for failure in creating spaces and experiences where everyone belongs? If this is the belief we have collectively adopted, then inclusion is an act of rebellion! Join us in rebellion, alongside so many other disrupters! May is more than just a month — it's a celebration of diversity, resilience, and unity! Join us as we highlight key events in the LGBTQIA+ calendar: May 17 - International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia & Transphobia: On this day, we reaffirm our commitment to eradicating discrimination and championing equality for all. Let's raise our voices, stand in solidarity, and spread love and acceptance far and wide. May 17 - Pink Shirt Day: Wear pink and take a stand against bullying! Pink Shirt Day is a powerful reminder that kindness, compassion, and inclusion are the cornerstones of a supportive community. Let's create a world where everyone feels safe and respected, regardless of who they are or who they love. May 24 - Pansexual Visibility Day: Celebrate the beautiful diversity of attraction and affirm the visibility of pansexual individuals. Pansexuality acknowledges that love transcends gender, embracing the spectrum of human experience and connection. Let's amplify pan voices, challenge stereotypes, and foster understanding within our communities. Together, we can create a world where everyone feels seen, accepted, and celebrated. Together, let's embrace diversity, celebrate love in all its forms, and pave the way for a brighter, more inclusive future! 💖
