The Virginian Lodge hosted our very first Fire + Vine event last week with guest chef Sarah Glover of The Wild Kitchen, and she did not disappoint! On August 14th, Sarah transformed the Courtyard at The Virginian into a beautiful and delicious open-flame dining experience that celebrated the rich flavors of the season. With a menu inspired by the wild and featuring local produce and proteins, along with expertly paired wines, the event connected dinner guests with the stunning outdoor landscape of Jackson, WY, creating a culinary adventure filled with warm hospitality and beauty.
