The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, with a focus on email marketing, customer segmentation, and increasing repeat purchase rates. They will be responsible for executing our daily email communication as well as developing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention. This will include managing email campaigns, SMS messaging, analyzing customer data, and implementing CRM strategies. 🌀Inside Outerknown —> A dive into our Recycled Paper Pulp Mannequins.  We are proud to partner with Pasqual Arnella, who collects raw materials from publishers and certified waste-recovering plants to create the paper pulp used in our retail store mannequins. This base mix doesn’t contain glues or toxic substances, so it’s organic, recyclable, and biodegradable.
