Boutique hotel plan for Newcastle city centre building moves forward

Abandoned hotel project in Brewster Road, Ipoh I think the most common reasons for such abandoned hotel construction projects was either the contractor took the deposit and ran, the landlord had disputes with contractor or even the landlord bankrupted suddenly and cannot afford to continue. It is interesting to note that many of todays boutique hotel projects don't or can't take into consideration parking for hotel guests.

The refurbishment and fit out of this hotel refurbishment project in Euston is progressing well and approaching completion soon with lifts in, power on, external signs erected and upper floors rooms and corridors being finished and snagged.
