Don't be afraid to get super specific in your search when sourcing talent. Instead of posting a job and filtering through countless applicants, start by defining the exact experience and skills required for the role. Align with your team to avoid wasting time on recalibrating later. Identify a targeted list of the top 10, then 50, then 100 people to reach out to. If you find yourself reaching out to hundreds of candidates, you may have cast the net too wide and risk spending too much time on outreach without seeing the desired results. 👉 Start narrow, then go wide. #sourcingtips #talentacquisition #techhiring
