There are many metrics to monitor: - Employee satisfaction score - Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) - Turnover rate - Absenteeism rate - Productivity rate Some metrics are undoubtedly more significant than others. With over a decade of experience in leadership, I find these aspects more revealing: 1. The level of enthusiasm and passion employees show 2. The quality of work-life balance they enjoy 3. The opportunities for professional growth and development they perceive and receive And this approach has proven effective.
