When Takeda steps in to support Atlanta Public Schools, change happens. #FBF to the transformation Big Dig at Benteen Elementary School, where together we built something truly special. We're excited to see how their new outdoor learning lab will inspire and transform students this school year.
As children head back to school, we’re excited to see how the nearly 300 students at Benteen Elementary School in Atlanta are inspired as they use their new interactive outdoor learning lab that we helped build last May! Employees from our Covington Manufacturing Facility and Metro Atlanta region helped build the 6,200-square-foot learning space through our ongoing partnership with Out Teach, which helps to close the gaps in STEM education and unlock the wonder of science for students by making it real, relevant and relatable. The faculty and students at Benteen will spend time outside every school day learning science principles through hands-on activities that engage all their senses.
