"Our A/C stopped cooling late yesterday, around 5:15pm. I called around to a few places to see if they offered after hours service, and I couldn't even get anyone to *answer the phone,* much less deploy a technician.
Eventually, I came across Iceberg, and there are two parts of the experience I want to highlight...
1) The customer service reps were off-the-charts communicative and empathetic. I spoke with Raul(?) (the connection cut out briefly when he told me his name at the start of the call) and Chris. Both of them were friendly, transparent, and extremely respectful of my time.
2) Our technician, Blake, arrived promptly to inspect our air conditioner. Throughout the entire diagnostic process, he kept us updated on what might be going wrong, why it might be going wrong, and what we might do to mitigate the issue. Once he finally pinpointed the problem (a bad connector), he offered us a few options for repairs, quoted us a fair price, and got the work done ASAP.
Fantastic company. I can't recommend them enough."
