A simple trick from my 9-year-old that reminded me about efficiency... After a Costco run, I asked my kids to bring in their snacks from the car. At first, they carried items one by one—chips, cookies, and more. It was slow, inefficient, and honestly kind of painful to watch. Then my son noticed an empty box lying around. He quickly filled it with the rest of the snacks and carried everything inside in one trip. It got me thinking: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁? In logistics, inefficiencies can feel like those one-at-a-time trips: • Delayed shipments.  • Manual data crunching. • Inefficient routing. • Miscommunication. Each small inefficiency ripples through the supply chain, impacting time, relationships, and operations. As James Clear says in Atomic Habits: “Get 1% better every day, and you’ll be 37x better by the end of the year.” But here’s the catch: 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲.
