FOOLPROOF SYSTEM In some organizations, you need just one measure to make people follow the process and follow the rules. In some other other organizations, you need to put two measures. For me, I will go for all three. This is called the #foolproof system. The implication is that it will be difficult for all three to fail at the same time. However, in making people align to a system PREVENTIVE measures such as these scenarios in the video suffices more than CORRECTIVE measures. #OgaHR

Feeling like your brain is a deflated whoopie cushion? Not retaining information? Fear not, fellow knowledge seekers! The SQ3R method is here to inflate your brain back to superhero status! Here's the deal: 1️⃣ Survey (S): Think of it as a spy mission! Skim the chapter like you're checking out a secret lair. Headings, visuals, summaries - all the intel you need! ️ 2️⃣ Question (Q): Turn headings into question explosions! ❓ What? Why? How? The more questions you have, the more fireworks go off in your brain! 3️⃣ Read (R): Now that you're all fired up, dive in and become a knowledge sponge! Highlight key points and find answers to those fiery questions! 4️⃣ Recite (R): Channel your inner superhero! ♀️ Look away from the text and explain what you learned like you're briefing your team! ️ 5️⃣ Review (R): Don't be a one-hit wonder! Come back and review your notes later, like a boss! This will solidify that information in your memory vault forever! www.beed.world #BeED #Edtech #edutech #education #productivity #SQ3R #studyhacks #lifelonglearning #tipsandtricks

Vibrantz is steadily working on a sustainable #SafetyCulture. In a 3-day seminar in April, we sensitized our teams in Alsfeld and Hanau to various topics relating to safety, so that they can pass on their knowledge to their colleagues. In this workshop, we trained our employees to protect people from self-inflicted errors and accidents. The focus was not only on the avoidance of specific hazardous situations in the workplace but also about raising risk awareness and the encouragement of responsible independent thinking as well as taking care for each other. In future, our mindset will therefore be even more focused on the guiding theme of #SafetyFirst. #VibrantzTechnologies #WeAreVibrantz #SafetyTraining

In my journey through the twists and turns of business, I've come to realize that navigating challenges requires a delicate dance, especially when it comes to problem-solving. You see, I've been labeled a bit of a people-pleaser—a quality that shields me from the sting of emotional turbulence but sometimes hinders my ability to unearth solutions. Over the course of two decades, with the guidance of exceptional mentors and coaches, I've cultivated a set of tools that have proven instrumental in my problem-solving arsenal. Allow me to introduce you to a method that has become my steadfast companion on this voyage: the IDS method. It's not just an acronym; it represents a three-step process that has the power to untangle disputes, tackle technical quandaries, and has been my trusted companion for quite some time. The first step is to identify We shine a light on the problem, articulating it in a way that opens the door for others to contribute their insights. It's about creating clarity and inviting nuance, shedding light on the intricacies that may have gone unnoticed. And let's not forget to lay bare the stakes involved—a crucial element that helps us collectively grasp the gravity of the situation. Moving on to Discuss, we take a moment to articulate what an ideal solution looks like. If, for example, I were a veterinarian dealing with a dog's joint problems, it's not about rushing into prescriptions or surgical interventions. Instead, it starts with envisioning a joyful, healthy, and pain-free life for the furry patient. Only then do we delve into a collaborative exploration of potential options, consulting with our team and trusted confidants. Finally, we arrive at Solve. Crafting a step-by-step plan becomes the linchpin to resolving the issue. It's a journey that unfolds over days or weeks, demanding consistency and trust in the process. Should challenges persist, it's back to the beginning—a loop of identification, discussion, and resolution. #provisor #ids #brenebrown #sj4 #solutions
