Let me tell you what is disheartening to observe... Many employers are still requiring their staff to be in the office 3-4 days a week and labeling this as 'flexible work'. True flexibility accommodates diverse needs and preferences. Regressing to near-full-time office mandates not only feels like a step backward but also raises concerns about the organizational culture being promoted. Post pandemic, hybrid-working was widely adopted by employers to ease employees back into office life. Although employees should be alive to the sensitive information in which they deal with daily, hybrid working places employees in a more susceptible situation where confidential information can be misused. Annie Green explores an example of a BP employee's husband misusing confidential information earlier this year: http://crs.law/B2iZ50TrvQS #Employment #HybridWorking #RemoteWorking #Office #Confidentiality
