We went live with owner on March 23rd, which was about 61 days ago. And I mean from day one our numbers for online ordering went up. Not only that, but the owner.com sales that we make far exceed the other two platforms every day and they have every day for every location since we've begun. For us, because our business was so hands on and involved direct interaction, I think we were fearful at first are we going to lose that when we start online ordering and marketing on social media and that kind of thing. The fact is that even though we haven't changed that much other than that we've gotten older and lost our hair, our customers have changed completely. Our customer of of 2023 is not the same customer that we had in 1980 and we had to overcome that. So it's important to have a company like owner. That that comes in and says we understand how valuable that relationship is. O let's find ways to make that happen so that you don't lose that and you're in fact enhance it. Let's find better ways to tell your story. The the company that we were dealing with had a hands off approach. We were just another client and they were collecting another fee. That's not been the case since we we switched over the youthfulness, the ingenuity, the inventiveness oftheowner.com team that we got to meet with was what what convinced us the fact that we've got an app that everybody has to have an app for everything now and owner.com put one together for us. Our menu items are. Presented in a very cravable, enjoyable, attractive way on our website, on our online ordering system that's easy to use. Everybody now that's ordering online is also used to having a rewards program and owner dot coms got a really good one that's been set up for us. Our customers appreciate and value that and it's generated more business just as a result of the way it's been created. And we're already getting feedback from customers as to how they like it better. Not only that, but. Their employees who are working the tablets, they like it better, definitely a lot easier because it says ready, buy, prepare, buy. This is letting everyone know how long it's gonna take in the kitchen versus this 29 minutes is the whole time for the order and drop off and everything. So people will not get confused by how long this is truly going to take. versustheowner.com we're able to let them know the true kitchen time. The thing that's great about owner.com is we have an opportunity to sit down with our associate from the company and analyze that data and. Take some educated observations about what that data means and how we have to utilize it to make our business more successful. And it's been a great experience ever since. And the results proved that you can mark it directly to your customers. You could mark it to the community. They have a great recruiting tool right there built into the program. There's a way to provide direct, immediate rewards to anybody that orders through us. You know, one of the great things about owner.com is that it levels the playing field for us. It gives us the same quality of technology and data and insight that the big guys have. The national chains have. The cost reduction to us has been about $10,000 a month. We've only been at it for about two months. You just multiply that over a year's time and you're talking a healthy 6 figures. And then the other part is that we're doing more business through owner. com than we had been. Through its predecessor. So there's another 10 to $15,000 a month in business that we're generating through the owner platform. You know, it's very important that we never let pizza become a commodity, to make sure that our our product never became just a product and it became an expression of who we were. People from, wherever they are, have a great fond memory of the pizza that they grew up on. Part of our mission to conjure up whatever common feelings people have about pizza when they walked in here, so that even if it's your first time here, you feel like you're coming home. What's most important for us is that we honor and perpetuate what? Don't what we've done in the past, but also look towards the future owner helped us to embrace the future without losing our identity as a classic art of our neighborhood.
