As the founder of Explore-Share, I’ve always been passionate about the transformative power of outdoor adventures, especially for families and children. How to change your energies to manifest your dreams.

Company’s culture absolutely matters! And it’s not about how many good parties your company organizes throughout the year, or variety of milk can be found in the fridge, or “only good vibes”. I am blessed and lucky that through all my entire working period I experienced only positive, supportive, and engaging culture (well, I am eliminating my first “unofficial” workplace, where salaries in “litas” were given in envelopes, and you don’t know when to expect it). For me culture is shared values, attitudes, beliefs, purposes we are sharing, and much more. It’s like personality of Organization – without any saying you can “meet” it and feel it in a few minutes. It’s difficult to write everything on paper, but it’s easy to feel, if Company's culture is not fitting your purpose. And then organization is growing rapidly, how we can ensure that culture is flourishing too? At Guidehouse we are focusing on multiple elements of Culture: Core values – we work as One Team, we know the importance of innovation and the power of inclusion and diversity. 💬 Communication – its never an easy task to do… but we always looking for a new ways/channels/methods to make our communication effective. 🏅 Proper recognition – from small moments to BIG achievement, as it all matters. 🍎 Healthy environment – and it’s not only physical workplace, but the social and mental one as well. Walk And Talk at Fort Canning Park, #Singapore 🇮🇩 This location has been a firm favourite for our Walk & Talk group. It's a magical place with some amazing nature, such as the Heritage Tree pictured here. We're consistently inspired by the grounds which offer a space conducive to deep self-reflection and insight. ✨ One feature is the lighthouse 💡 "The lighthouse, erected in 1903, guided ships entering Singapore's harbour. When a massive island-wide blackout took place on September 19, 1950, Fort Canning Lighthouse served as the only constant source of light for the city."
