Enabling a client right now and they took our scored data and put it in Nooks and got a 10% connect rate instead of a 25% connect rate. It's a cool place to hang out if that's what you want reps doing but it's not designed for dialing efficiently. Yes, they're talking about "patch rates" being high and waterfall enrichment but they don't actually know the conversation game. Know the difference before you sign with one of these tools. Good news is the client is trusting the data I'm showing them and are going to use FrontSpin and see how that works for them. FrontSpin IS THE BEST TOOL FOR GETTING YOUR REPS INTO CONVERSATIONS ON A DAILY BASIS. (Not a paid ad) Or just keep your reps happy together and make sure they have their Spotify playlist handy so they can be good and distracted when a prospect picks up the phone.
